ENGAGEMENT AU SEIN DU PFDM
Le PFDM œuvre depuis plusieurs années pour renforcer la place des femmes dans les médias et accompagner des parcours engagés au sein de l’industrie audiovisuelle.
L’association met en lumière des profils qui participent activement au développement de récits diversifiés et à la circulation des œuvres à l’international.
Dans ce cadre, Betty Sulty-Johnson, productrice et distributrice indépendante basée à Paris, s’inscrit pleinement dans ces dynamiques grâce à un parcours construit entre coproductions internationales et distribution de contenus.
Son engagement pour la représentation des femmes noires dans l’audiovisuel et son travail auprès d’acteurs majeurs de l’industrie illustrent une vision ambitieuse et ouverte de la création.
COMMITMENT WITHIN THE PFDM
The PFDM has been working for several years to strengthen the place of women in the media and support committed careers within the audiovisual industry.
The association highlights profiles that actively contribute to the development of diverse storytelling and the international circulation of works.
Within this context, Betty Sulty-Johnson, an independent producer and distributor based in Paris, is fully aligned with these dynamics through a career built around international co-productions and content distribution. Founder of HABEBO STUDIOS, she develops audiovisual projects that connect cultures, territories, and human narratives, with a particular focus on African and overseas cultures.
Her commitment to the representation of Black women in the audiovisual sector, along with her collaborations with major industry players, reflects an ambitious and open vision of creation.
