| MARVYN SAINTE-LUCE, Global Brand Director

Originally from Guadeloupe, Marvyn Sainte-Luce began his career as a self-taught web developer and graphic designer. At just 14 years old, he founded his first communication agency, quickly becoming a reference and a role model for youth in the Caribbean through his boldness and entrepreneurial spirit. 

Over nearly a decade, he gained extensive experience in production, communication, and advertising across the archipelago, working with notable figures and institutions such as Admiral T, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the French West Indies and Guiana, and Guadeloupe la Première (a regional channel of France Télévisions).

In 2014, he represented the French Caribbean at the International Design & Creators Fair, alongside exhibitors from France, Switzerland, Italy, and the United States. He later moved to Paris to deepen his expertise in audiovisual production, directing music videos for artists such as Medhy Custos, Jota Efe, Thierry Cham, as well as productions under major labels like Warner Music and Universal Music.

In 2017, he was in charge of post-production for the documentary Trace Meets Macron, produced by Trace TV, featuring French President Emmanuel Macron. In 2018, he co-produced Ma Story with Corinne Coman (Miss France 2003)—a documentary series distributed by Trace Studios, highlighting inspiring public figures and entrepreneurs such as Malia Metella, Flora Coquerel, and Sonia Rolland. His versatile expertise led to collaborations with major networks and platforms, including France Télévisions, TF1, and various emerging SVOD platforms, producing corporate films and advertising content. 

In 2022, he worked alongside Olivier Laouchez, Mehdi Fodil, and Matthieu Deglas on the documentary Le Talent & L’Audace for Trace Studios, featuring Élisabeth Moreno, former French Minister for Gender Equality and Diversity. In 2025, he was appointed Artistic Director at Habebo Studios, a production and distribution company founded by Betty Sulty-Johnson in 2024.

Habebo Studios is committed to showcasing stories from Africa, the Caribbean, South America, and the global African diaspora. Renowned for his expertise in directing, photography, audiovisual production, and post-production, Marvyn also contributed to the branding, art direction, graphic design, motion graphics (GFX), and post-production of the Trace Awards 2023 in Kigali and the Trace Awards 2025 in Zanzibar.
